Water to reduce your weight

  • Drink 500 ml of water with empty stomach daily.
  • Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
  • Drink a glass of water before each meal and before each snack.
  • Mix the honey (2 tsp) with a glass of water and drink it daily morning.
  • Mix the honey and lemon juice and warm water. Drink this daily early morning.

  • Don’t skip your meals.
  • Take your small meals every 2 – 4 hours.

  • Avoid eating egg yolk instead you can eat egg white.
  • Skimmed milk had 100% protein and 0% fat. You can take skimmed milk for your protein rich food.
  • Had your dinner before 7pm
