  • Involve yourself in anyone of the following exercise such as running, indoor cycling, elliptical training, rowing, stair climbing or brisk walking.

Lunge exercise to lose Hip fat


Stand straight and Step forward with one foot, lowering your body to lunge position with your knee directly over your foot. Keep the upper body straight and keep the pose for few seconds, then return to a standing position. Repeat the same step with other leg also.

Side Lunge exercise to lose Hip fat

Stand straight and Step towards the left/right side with one foot, lowering your body to lunge position with your knee directly over your foot. Keep the upper body straight and keep the pose for few seconds, then return to a standing position. Repeat the same step with other leg also.

Sitting squat exercise to lose Hip fat

Stand in front of a low height chair and bend your knees slowly then sit. Stretch your arms forward for balance. keep the position for few seconds, then slowly stand up.  Repeat it.
